Brown Hawker
The Brown Hawker (Aeshna grandis) is relatively common in Norfolk. It is also perhaps the easiest to identify, as the brown body and brown wings are a distinctive combination. It can be found everywhere, even domestic gardens. (The photo below is of a female found roosting in a patch of nettles one morning.)
